Car Rentals – For personal, business, or travel needs
Replacement Rentals – If your car is in the shop after an accident, we work with your insurance to provide a replacement.
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance (if applicable), and a credit or debit card.
Car Rentals
At this time, all rentals must be returned to the original pickup location.
Yes, we ask that all rental vehicles be returned with the same level of fuel as when they were picked up. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge may apply.
Yes, all renters must have valid auto insurance that meets New York state requirements.

Yes, we offer a 1-hour grace period for returns. After this period, additional charges may apply.
Early pickups are subject to availability. Please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
When you rent a car, you are responsible for making sure the vehicle is properly insured during your rental period. Rental companies usually require coverage for:
Liability Insurance
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) / Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)
Comprehensive and Collision Coverage
If you only carry liability on your personal car, it will not cover damages to the rental.
If you have full coverage (comprehensive and collision) on your personal car, it typically extends to a rental car for personal use.
Many major credit cards offer secondary or primary rental car coverage if you pay for the rental with the card. Be sure to check your own credit card coverage prior to renting to understand what coverage is available to you. Please note that you are responsible for providing proof of your credit card coverage at the time of rental

Some premium cards (like Chase Sapphire Preferred/Reserve, Amex Platinum) offer primary coverage — they pay first, and you avoid a personal insurance claim.
Replacement Rentals
If your vehicle is in the shop due to an accident, your insurance policy may include rental coverage. Whether your insurance company or the other party’s insurance is responsible, we work directly with them to confirm your coverage and arrange billing — so you don’t have to.

We provide a premium fleet of clean, well-maintained, and newer vehicles delivered directly to you — at your home, workplace, or repair facility. We bill your insurance company directly, so there’s no cost to you and no extra paperwork. Our team handles the entire process to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.
The rental period depends on your insurance policy and claim approval. We’ll work with your insurance adjuster to help manage the timeline and keep you informed.
If your insurance covers the rental, there is typically no out-of-pocket cost. If there are any additional charges, we will explain them clearly upfront — no surprises.
