How It Works

1. Call us

We’ll ask for your driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a credit card. A hold will be placed on the card, but no charge will be made unless needed.

2. Get your car delivered

We deliver the vehicle to your home, workplace, or body shop—usually within the hour.

3. We handle the insurance

We contact the insurance company on your behalf, confirm coverage, and bill them directly. In most cases, coverage comes from your policy or the at-fault party’s insurance. If there’s a question or delay, we’ll contact you and explain your options.

4. File your claim

Call your insurance company to open a claim and let them know you’re using Premier Car Rental. You have the legal right to choose your rental provider.
